Who Knows What the Future May Hold?

Freedom to travel, work or just spend time with the family! A successful maintenance crew is already here: trusted, experienced and affordable because expense can be shared among property owners. Each property owner can add their own requests to a basic maintenance plan if they wish.

Adjacent property owners may be willing to lease space for horses and are experienced in providing high-quality care.

Conservation easement programs are growing! If you are maintaining a wildlife habitat, you may want to investigate placing it under a conservation easement for tax relief.

The 2002 Sonoma County Permit and Resource department used to count libraries as bedrooms, and in the country, the number of bedrooms allowed is determined by the size of the septic system. There is now a new allowance for libraries, so it might be possible to add another bedroom now.
